The Design Homes Classic Series represents the most economical, energy-efficient, and best-built home available. The base price for these homes includes applicable sales tax, 4/12 roof pitch, 2×6 walls, R-55 ceilings, oak cabinets & trim, Lifetime siding & shingles, and 200-amp electric panel. Many upgrade options are available, too! Just ask!
The Process
The base price of every Design Home is determined by it’s size – not the floorplan. Many options are available, including upgrades and add-0ns such as fireplaces, skylights, 6-panel doors, etc. Contact our friendly and helpful sales staff at one of our regional locations for help with floorplan ideas and pricing.
Design Homes handles the majority of the work, but keep in mind that customers are responsible for basements/foundations, on-site plumbing, and utility connections. Read our Customer Responsibilities section for more information.
