Trilevels, 3-Section, and 4-Section Homes
(Multiple Piece Homes--When we say we custom build
every Design Home, what we mean is that we are not limited to the traditional stereotypes
that most people associate with a factory builder. Three and four section homes give
customers the ability to lay out a design that has a little more character and style.)
We, at Design Homes, are often asked,
"What is the base price...and what's included in it?" The base price is
simply the starting price for any home, and includes everything noted on the "Specifications" page. Generally,
everything that is essential in a new house is included in the base price, but most people
will upgrade a few things and add some "options."
The chart below shows the base price for any size
trilevel or 4-Section ranch.

price on a Tri-Level includes stairs to bedroom level only!
