Size and Options.
#1 Size: The base price of a Design Home is determined by its outside dimensions. Click below on the type of home you are interested in to find the starting price. For a list of everything that is included in the base price, click the "Specifications" link.

#2 Options: Most people want to upgrade their kitchen cabinets, or add a second bathroom, or a fireplace. Design Homes offers nearly every option available from most major suppliers. The "top 100" options are listed at the "Options" link.
Note: It is important to remember that customers can design their own floorplan without affecting the price, and there is no cost for sending (or bringing) in a plan for a quote.
