Although every Design Home is very well built and custom designed,
customers often ask how they can make a home look more interesting--and less like a
"square box." One of the most popular ways is to add a third piece to the
home--perhaps as a sunroom/family room, or another bedroom. Design Homes additions
are available in a number of sizes, and the floorplan (or purpose) of the
addition is up to you. See below and also on the

Additions (and garages) often call for roof gables to connect the addition to the main part of the home. Usually, these gables are, by necessity, built at the site after the home is set on the foundation. Your salesperson can assist in designing an addition to your home which is both pleasing and functional--and structurally feasible.
